50 shades of Green Grey?

Hi everyone its Friday again and that can only mean one thing right???

Another brand new Colour Crazy challenge over at the Graph'it Marker Blog.

This week the team have been challenged to use the fab range of Green Greys available in the Graph'it Marker range.

Here's my card:

I used another beautiful image by Hannah Lynn at Crafts and Me ... this is the stunning Hannah.

I used my Green Greys to create a Monochromatic card. I also added shimmer using the Glitter shake markers and the white dots were done with the Graph'it white marker pen.

The papers are called Fairy belle I think, sorry guys I have a habit of losing the front covers.

I found Frantage powder too ...... once I started I couldn't stop lol.

I hope you like it!

Shadow Effects Challenge at the Graph'it Marker Blog

Happy Friday all!!!

Today will especially happy for me as it is my birthday!! although I am writing this post on Wednesday evening so I can't tell you what I got just yet but may pop back with an extra post to let you know!

So today it is Team B's turn to give a little bit of extra inspiration for the current challenge over at the newly re-named Colouring Crazy Challenge (previously the Graph'it Marker challenge), this fortnight we would like to see you use your marker to create shadow effects....and remember any markers will do!!!!

Yet again we have some amazing prizes up for grabs so I do hope you can join in!

Here's what I did:

I did get a few early birthday presents from my lovely hubby, he treated me to the rest of the stamps and other goodies from the Gorguss range to complete my collection so I used one of my lovely new stamps and the matching papers.

I used my Grand Decorative oval nesties to cut out the image, I used my Graph'it markers to colour the image and also to create shadows and a background to make her pop of the page a bit more.

For final touches I used my Graph'it Shake white marker to add little dots all over the image and for borders around the card.

I used lace, ribbon and a corner die to finish off the card.

I hope you like it, I really enjoyed making it and finally feel like I am getting back into the swing of this crafting lark again :)

Why not pop over to the challenge to check out my colour list and see the other inspiration from my lovely teamies.

My Hero!

Hi everyone,

Today I'm sharing one of the samples I made for the  launch of Nikky Hall's fab new CD roms Work and Play Collection 1.

I absolutely love this collection, collection number 2 is also out now too so even more characters to play with ... I do have a few more samples to share with you too!

So here's the first, this is the super cute Fire woman!

Isn't she adorable, look at that cute little face!

I coloured her with my Graph'it Markers and added the luminous yellow with a highlighter pen ... which was so difficult as I only has one with a giant chisel tip!

The papers and sentiment are also from the CD.

For embellishments I added chipboard stars from a brand new line of products Nikky stocks from a company called Doobadoo, I coloured them in with my markers too.

I hope you like it.

Enjoy the rest of your week!
