Digi Choosday Design Team Project

Hi guys,

It's Tuesday again …. the weeks fly by so quickly don't they!

So here we are again with another Challenge at the Digi Choosday Blog

http://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/

As always the challenge for you lovely lot is anything goes but us the DT and you if you choose to play along have a theme each week and this week it was to use Circles:

I had so much fun making my last collection of tags from the Winnie White Christmas Collection that I decided to make more, this is the front and back of the tiny little box, just to give you an idea of the size this box was made out of an 8x8" piece of printed card.

I then made like a million tags … well 15 to be exact in 3 different sizes, using so many different circle dies and punches!

I added pearls, silver sparkly punch snowflakes and stars, fabric snowflakes and stickles to embellish them all

I finished off with Bakers twine for attaching them to packages!

I have also created you a little video so you can see them more clearly:

I hope you like my tags and i'm not boring you with making so many lol

Petal Lu challenge mid month inspiration

Good morning my lovelies,

It’s mid September (can you believe it?!) so I’m just popping in to share my mid month inspiration for the

I went with something very autumnal and also a little different for me!

The image is by Power Poppy and I adore it! I coloured it up with my Spectrum Noir Markers and added a little touch of white Signo pen to the highlights.

The sentiment is also Power Poppy.

The papers were from a very old pad, in fact I realised today that I haven’t bought any new autumn/ Halloween papers since I first started crafting about 10 years ago!

I feel a shopping spree coming on ha ha!

Have a great Sunday guys!

Digi Choosday DT Make - Fantasy

Happy Tuesday guys,

As you should all know by now Tuesdays mean it's not only Digi Choosday but also Discount day, have you popped over to the Challenge blog to secure your discount code yet???

So as always the theme for you guys is anything goes, but us the DT and you if you wish to play along of course were given the theme Fantasy!

http://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/

Now usually I would select some sort of Fairy or mermaid image but thought I would go a little different this weeks … it seams most of us on the DT had the same idea lol

I used the fabulous Knight Dude and you can buy him in his own mini kit with sentiments and 3 papers here, or in the Little Dudes big Kahuna bundle here.

Isn't he so cute with his little Dragon, I coloured him up with my promarkers, it was a long job since I decided to try my hand at making my own decoupage … I didn't realise how complicated it would be!

The image comes with three Digital Papers and some sentiments too, I went a bit crazy and ended up decoupaging the papers too!

I finished the whole thing off with my Wink of Stella clear glitter pen on the little Dragon and all of the popped up stars!

I hope you like it.

I loved this challenge, I knew I wanted to make tags with the super sweet Winnie White Christmas collection, so I scoured Pinterest for a little holder to pop them in and came across this little gem, made with the Envelope Punch board.

All of the elements come from the collection, I used the papers, Toppers and Sentiments only which you can purchase separately too!

I finished my little tags off with scraps of ribbon, fabric snowflakes, pearls and a sprinkle of glitter!

I also did a little video of my make so you can see it a little better, hope it works.

For the "To" and "From" is simply used a fine line pen to handwrite for a rustic effect.

I hope you like my little project!

Petal Lu DT Make - 1st August

Hi everyone,

Today I am here to share my latest DT make for Petal Lu!

You can find the facebook challenge here and the rules are simple:

1. You can enter any paper craft project as long as handmade by yourself.
2. No more than 3 entries per person.
3. If there is a theme, please follow it.
4. Pop a Petal Lu flower on it and you will be entered twice.
5. We all like to receive positive feedback, so please if you find the time to comment on each other's work that would be wonderful.
6.Worldwide entries welcome

So here is what I made:

I used "Lemons" from Mo's Digital Pencil and coloured her up with my pro-markers... I haven't used these for so long but I just fancied doing some simple quick colouring and these are my go to for that!

The paper pad was my inspiration for this make, I bought it from the Works for a pricey sum on £1! it has loads of different fruit themed papers in it and I just love it!

The rest of the card I kept very simple, just some faux stitching and a sentiment sticker from my stash, then finally of course my stunning blooms!

I hope you like it, do pop over and join the challenge for a chance to win some fab prizes!
