DT Cupboard Trilogy

Hello again,

Today has been my last day off from work ... boo, I will be glad to get back to normality I think though, i'm also tiring of the Chritmas decorations ... i'm itching to take them down and give everywhere a proper fettling... is it just me?

Today also see's the start of a new challenge over at The Cupboard Trilogy and this month we have gone with the theme of "Lead by example" ... simply chose one of the DT examples and use that as the inspiration to make your own card, LO or 3d item ... simples!

So for a change I went with a very CAS card ...

This was a commisioned card for a friend whos "missus" is expecting a baby anytime soon and he wanted a xmas card to express his thanks to her for carrying his child ... aaaaaaw bless him.

The image is from Sassy Studio which I won just before christmas.  I simply printed her out with my own sentiment and coloured her up with my Promarkers .... i couldn't resist a
teeny tiny bit of bling and popped a gem for an earing.

Everything is matted onto red then black Bazzil Basics ans i've doodled round the edges with my black fine liner.

And there you have it!

I hope you like my CAS design and would love to see your take on my creation over at the challenge blog.

Thanks for popping by :-)

Love and hugs

xx Cara xx
