Inky Pinkies DT post

Hello all, happy hump-day,

I'm finally back to share my Halloween makes for my girlies.  I showed a little teaser of these over on the Facebook group and then due to injuring my colouring hand I couldn't finish them.

So here they are: 3 little shaker cards for 3 little monsters,

I've only ever made one shaker card so thought it was about time i tried more. All of these were made from the Halloween 2015 bundles at Polkadoodles and you can also buy the images individually.

Spooky Dracula can be found here

Spooky Witch can be found here

Spooky mummy can be found here

The papers can also be bought separately here

I used my Graph'it markers to colour them all in.  The shaker frames were made using MFT stitched rectangles and some acetate.  I filled the shakers with die cut bats, seed beads and sequins.  I hope you like them, I had great fun making them.

Inky Pinkies DT post

Good morning lovelies,

Just popping in to share my DT make for our Facebook group Inky Pinkies.

Now I did plan done Halloween makes but yesterday I cut a nasty chunk out of my colouring hand and I'm now all bandaged up, so you are looking at plan B, I already had this lovely coloured up for another DT make.

So I have used the lovely Winter time from the Frosted Winter collection

http://www.polkadoodles.co.uk/winter-time-octavia-frosted-winter-digital-craft-download/

I have used my Graph'it markers and my Lyra pencils to colour her.

Hope you like it.

The Pencil Case Autumn colours DT make

Happy Saturday lovelies,

Today I am sharing my DT make for the new challenge over at The Pencil Case  and this week we would love to see your makes using Autumn colours .... remember there must be some colouring on your project but you can use any medium!!

Our sponsor this week is Star Stamps and were were lucky enough to be given an image to work with!

Prize 3 digis

For my image I went for alternate autumn colours, I was thinking frosty mornings ect,
as the image has some quite large areas for the background I used some Sansador and a paper stump to blend.

I made use of my White Graph'it shake marker to add details and my Gold glitter Shake pen to go around the border. I went over all of the details with a black fine liner to define the image more as sometimes I go over the lines and they get all faded.

I made a little gift bag with my new Stampin up die and some wrapping paper, I simply added a bow and a couple of die cut corners to finish off - the image is so detailed I didn't thing it needed much else :)

I hope you like it!

I would like to enter the Star Stampz challenge this week which is Pretty Princesses linked below

Christmas colour Challenge at the Graph'it Marker Blog

Good morning lovelies,

Its Friday again and that means another challenge over at the Graph'it marker blog and this fortnight we would love to see your Christmas coloured cards!!

There are two colour palettes over on the blog to chose from.

I hope you will come and join us, there are fabulous prizes as always and this week we are sponsored by the ever generous Polkadoodles so there are digi's to be won too!

I have used the super cute Skater from the Hollybobs collection and went with the blues and ice coloured palette to make my card.

For the background I created a little winter landscape scene by drawing basic shapes with 3 different shades, I then added the Mix'it Fluid by unscrewing the spray nib and applying it direct from the bottom of the tube to make snow drops.  I also used my White Shake Marker to add more smaller snow flakes.  To make it easier I die cut a little circle to make my background so that I wasn't put off by looking at a huge blank piece of paper :)

I suspended the little skater girl on a piece of acetate so she dangles very nicely in front of the background when the card is stood.

The papers are by Lili of the Valley and I added die cuts and plenty of flowers to finish!

Graph'its Used:
Background: 7140, 7120,7101, Blender and MI Fluid
Skin: 3120, 3105, 4155, 4115, 4135
Hair: 3270, 3250, 3245, 3210
Purples: 6140, 6120, blender

There is lots more inspiration for you over on the challenge blog!

Lewis with Teddy - Inky Pinkies GDT

Good morning my lovelies,

It's a lovely Sunday morning at 7:30am and I have been up since before 5am...why can I never sleep on a Sunday???? Who knows but at least I have time to share my Inky Pinkies GDT make with you today.

So today I have used the adorable Lewis with Teddy and I couldn't believe it when I popped over to the store to link him up he is only £1!!!  Now that's a bargain so if you want him I would get there quick smart and pop him in your basket at that price.

I coloured him up with my wonderful Lyra Rembrandt Polycolour Pencils ( available at Jacksons Art) I also used my pencils to create the clouds in the background by drawing them in with my pencils using my sansador and blending stump to blend them out.

A few designer papers from My Minds Eye and a Stampin up sentiment to finish.

I hope you like it.

Have a happy Sunday!

Graph'it Marker challenge inspiration with the Stamping Boutique

Hi everyone,

This week is the second week of the current Graph'it Marker Challenge and we are sponsored by The Stamping Boutique ... The image I was given to play with is Princess Jennifer Latte Decorating the Tree, I love her, she reminds me of me with the constant coffee on the go.

Us the design team were challenged to not only colour our image but to also colour the background .... please be gentle with me as i've not done this before:

I used my Graph'it markers of course to colour her, and I was trying for a winter sky background..

I also added loads of sparkle to the background with spray and sparkle and the used my Shake White Marker to add snow.

I finished off with a huge double bow and a skate charm and loads more stickles to edge the image and papers.

I hope you like it.

I would love you to join our challenge this week and if you do you could win not only a fab Graph'it Prize but also some digi's from the Stamping Boutique!
