Wooooooo hello everyone, today is finally the day I can invite you to visit our brand new challenge blog The Pencil Case, a challenge blog and a place to share our love of the Amazing Lyra Pencils!!!
Lyra Rembrandt Polycolour pencils are available from Jacksons and other good Art & Craft stores across the UK. If you are a retailer and would like to stock this product please contact us here.
Some of you may have seen my being a bit of a tease on face book so now you all know the secret as to what i've been using!
These pencils are amazing, they are creamy, vibrant and so blend-able, I totally love them, the best thin is you don't need the entire range to get amazing results ... I have been working with the tin of 36 and while there aren't skin colours in the range you can totally create your own from the colours there!
So back to the challenge ... for the first week of course its Anything goes and we are sponsored by the lovely lady Nikky Hall and Polkadoodles!
So here I have used Mermaid digital image, I coloured her on Kraft card to show you how vibrant the colours are .... no need to colour in white first either I went straight in with my colours!
I also drew and coloured some bubbles with my pencils to create an under water bubbly scene!
I have added Kaisercraft papers, anda sweet sentiment from Stampin up with bubbly die cuts and a double bow and charm to finish.
If you want to know the colours I used pop on over to the challenge blog, there is loads more inspiration from my teamies there for you too!
Hugs xx Cara xx
